La Comisión Fílmica de Venezuela se encarga de atraer inversiones audiovisuales extranjeras al país para impulsar el crecimiento de la propia industria y fomentando el intercambio entre locales y visitantes.. Creada en septiembre de 1996, pasó a ser miembro de la Asociación de Comisiones Fílmicas Internacionales (AFCI) desde 1997.
Quienes laboramos en esta gerencia tenemos como principal objetivo promocionar a Venezuela y sus recursos: Locaciones fílmicas, servicios, tecnologías, talentos, personal técnico y profesional.

Venezuela’s Film Commission is the unit of our institution that is responsible for attracting audiovisual foreign investments toward our country. It was founded in 1996 and it is member of the Association of Film Commissions International (AFCI) since 1997.
Here, our main objective is promoting Venezuela like audiovisual destiny because of its availability of multiple resources such as film locations, services, technologies, human talents, technical and professional staff.
In this sense, Venezuelan Film Commission looks forward to work for attracting foreign producers to develop projects of all genres and formats in the country, thereby promoting the growth of the industry and encouraging exchanges among locals and visitors.
